Summary:

The Premier Account Manager will act as the single point of contact for Bluefin’s large direct clients. The incumbent will have primary responsibility for client retention, by providing technical and complex problem resolution, and upselling by partnering with the Sales team to continue to grow the account(s). The Premier Account Manager will proactively ensure client satisfaction via regular “client wellness checks” and expedient resolution to all service issues. Through account analysis and reporting performed by the incumbent, the Premier Account Manager will identify trends, additional product/Sales opportunities, improved service levels and provide proactive client support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client retention and high client satisfaction
  • Perform monthly account analysis and reporting to determine and resolve any recurrent issues, transaction analysis, client trends, and identify upselling revenue generation opportunities by staying abreast of Bluefin services and products
  • Conduct “top 10” formal scheduled quarterly “client wellness checks” to discuss client satisfaction, uncover client issues, address and resolve issues, and upselling product ideas; and proactively conduct annual check-ins with all other accounts using data and research
  • Enter account data into CRM (Salesforce) during every client interaction and ensure account accuracy
  • Research complex client issues to bring all client issues to an expedient and successful closure; serves as the single-point for client on all issues and follows proper protocol when escalating issues, if needed
  • Utilize all systems (i.e. Salesforce, Payconex, P2PE Manager) to perform up front data gathering and research before responding to client issues
  • Submit cases for other departments where needed (account changes, Product escalations, Financial Ops issues, etc).
  • Perform within the standards of published Service Level Agreements (SLA) and escalate potential issues to management
  • Perform level 1 technical support related to device updates
  • Support potential revenue generating opportunities by collaborating with the Sales team by open, effective, and consistent communication

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in payments industry, directly building and maintaining relationships with large, key accounts with a track record of strong client retention
  • Proven ability to analyze, anticipate, and resolve complex client issues either independently and/or by partnering internally with SME to ensure expedient and successful client resolutions
  • Ability to analyze trends, upsell new solutions and truly partner with clients to drive an extraordinary client experience and increase revenue

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements related to SaaS, PaaS, data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial technology for US clients, partners, and vendors;
  • Provide legal analysis and counsel to assigned business units;
  • Coordinate and manage contract review processes to ensure all agreements are appropriately reviewed and approved by internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist with ensuring finance and technology regulatory compliance;
  • Research, review, and resolve complex legal matters as assigned by the General Counsel;
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters as they develop
  • Support various legal projects in areas including, but not limited to, contract template updates, policy review and implementation, merger & acquisition, and finance reviews as assigned by the General Counsel;
  • Maintain legal records and documentation for compliance and regulatory purposes; and
  • If selected with intellectual property experience, management of patent applications and patent portfolio in conjunction with outside counsel.

Qualifications:

  • D. from an ABA accredited law school required;
  • Licensed and a member in good standing with any state bar;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of commercial transaction experience within a law firm environment or an in-house legal department;
  • Experience with technology or financial technology industry is preferred;
  • Experience with data privacy and intellectual property management is preferred but not required;
  • Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication, a can-do attitude, and willingness to learn an exciting and rapidly evolving field; and
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:  The Principle, Systems Administrator is accountable for systems availability, functionality, security, and monitoring and performance optimization.  A strong competency and demonstrated ability to work in a high availability environment is required. You will be working in a technology-driven payment processing company where security and reliability are paramount.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide administration support to the Bluefin server enterprise
  • Provide DevOps application support
  • Provide assistance in troubleshooting production issues
  • Work as a partner with development to optimize product performance and manageability
  • Maintain distributed and replicating MySQL and Mongo databases
  • Configure and Maintain SAN (Pure Storage)
  • Maintain and deploy systems within our virtual and cloud enterprise
  • Create automation/script processes to further streamline team workflows
  • Maintain and conduct daily work using a ticket queue
  • Provide limited DevOps support after-hours (be on-call)
  • Work closely with software and hardware vendors
  • Create documentation to support systems implementations
  • Expand and maintain our automation infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and manage complex systems and configurations in a multi-site environment
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation of all relevant specifications, systems, and procedures
  • Work on server deployment projects as a technical representative
  • Periodically assist in maintaining and upgrading existing Linux and Windows infrastructure

  • Investigate, define and clarify product backlog items where appropriate
  • Design, create and execute automation scripts using PHP, Jenkins, Behat, and Selenium
  • Review manual test cases for the relevant application and provide feedback on suitability for automation to the project team
  • Support, maintain, and enhance all test case automation related activities during iterative development, system testing, and regression testing

The Account Executive is a highly competitive, results-oriented SaaS consultative sales professional, who is passionate about helping clients protect their data.  This individual will sell our mission-critical SaaS products into a variety of verticals, including healthcare, retail, government/municipalities, travel, and other sectors.  Our SaaS products are needed in every industry, and the incumbent will help ensure we drive complete market penetration.  Working collaboratively with our Marketing and other internal teams, the incumbent will provide a client solution-oriented and consultative approach to sell PCI P2PE validated solutions and other PHI and PII products throughout their verticals, in addition to attending tradeshows and partner shows to promote Bluefin and our products. Our technology is universal and works with any software system, payment gateway or processor, and our PHI and PII products easily integrate into our client’s systems.   Exceptional “hunting” capabilities and a desire to help protect the world from data predators will significantly contribute toward the incumbent’s ability to meet and exceed business goals.

Position Summary:

Our organization is seeking a technically savvy, customer-focused individual who understands that technical skills must be combined with excellent interpersonal skills that enable them to build confidence with our customers by addressing inquiries with knowledge, skill and empathy for the customer.  We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work directly with clients in setting up and troubleshooting POS terminals and integrated POI solutions, e-commerce gateways, mobile payments and P2PE security solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is responsible and takes ownership for:

  • Resolving POS gateway and software inquiries from merchants and partners.
  • Performing as the point of escalation for POS gateway and software service inquiries from Customer Service.
  • Partnering with Sales teams to provide product input for POS solutions.
  • Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for our customers on both proprietary and external POS systems.
  • Identifying, reporting, troubleshooting, and resolving ecommerce, point-of-sale and P2PE security application issues.
  • Deploying hardware, gateway and security application solutions to customers using internet-based deployment vendor portal.
  • Must be proactive and take ownership in responses of customer tickets via phone, Salesforce cases, web-based chat and other methods follow through to resolution.
  • Ability to work a flexible and on-call schedule as required.

  • Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast paced, turn-key environment, and be willing to work overtime as requested by manager (on-call is required for this position).
  • Knowledge of data encryption protocols preferred.
