Position Summary:

The Director, Business Development is a highly competitive, results-oriented sales professional, who is passionate about helping clients protect their data.  This individual will sell our mission-critical products into a variety of verticals, including healthcare, retail, government/municipalities, travel, and other sectors.  Our products are needed in every industry, and the incumbent will help ensure we drive complete market penetration.  Working collaboratively with our Marketing and other internal teams, the incumbent will provide a client solution-oriented approach to sell PCI P2PE validated solutions and other PHI and PII products throughout their verticals, in addition to attending tradeshows and partner shows to promote Bluefin and our products. Our technology is universal and works with any software system, payment gateway or processor, and our PHI and PII products easily integrate into our client’s systems.   Exceptional “hunting” capabilities and a desire to help protect the world from data predators will significantly contribute toward the incumbent’s ability to meet and exceed business goals.

We will ask you to:

  • Create personal Business Plan to drive revenue creation and value to Bluefin and execute on a cadence of Sales activities to meet assigned targets.
  • Leverage personal network and Sales opportunities generated by our Marketing Department to develop relationships, educate clients, and manage Sales opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Create a deep understanding of current and potential client needs through solutions selling, strong relationship building, and demonstrating exceptional business value to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional Sales presentations to educate potential/existing partners on security-related regulatory matters, security risks, industry trends and security opportunities/solutions (validated vs non-validated PCI P2PE solutions, vaultless tokenization, etc.), designed to spark interest and generate opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to drive cross-product integration and cross-selling among our product solutions.
  • Maintain excellent time management, administration, reporting and relationship management that will result in referrals and sales opportunities.

Qualified candidate profile:

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience within the payments industry, selling security-related products and services; SaaS Sales experienced highly preferred
  • Exceptional Sales performance record with proven capabilities to sell security-related, technology products throughout several verticals.
  • Proven ability to leverage own network to create meaningful lead generation and manage Sales pipeline via Salesforce.
  • Results-oriented and dynamic Sales professional effective at building and executing on an individual Sales/Business Plan that will generate meaningful leads and close opportunities
  • Effective at managing and closing multiple leads within a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Sophisticated use of LinkedIn, Salesforce, Yesware, and other related tools to uncover and engage with potential clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.

Position Summary: The Director, Channel Management will work closely with the sales team to manage relationships with Decryptx partners and their clients. This role will be responsible for meeting sales quota expectations,  aid in strengthening customer relationships by handling client requests, assisting in answering questions about the features and capabilities of Bluefin’s products and services, while maintaining high service quality standards and selling into current partner base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Maintain and enhance client relationships by exceptional client partnership, problem resolution, and sales
  • Develop opportunities to grow Bluefin’s network by continuing to expand the existing relationship and leverage expansion through the partner’s client base
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by insuring accurate, timely, and trusted responses to partner and merchant inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operational partners tied to our Security Solutions validated P2PE
  • Marketing support required through go-to market strategy execution, ongoing promotion of informational webinars, client user conferences, sell sheets,
  • Training partners in PCI compliance, scope reduction, internal systems, on boarding process and Level 1 trouble shooting
  • Maintains long-term relationships with Decryptx Partners and their clients. Ensures understanding of the customer base to identify service needs and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce Merchant own time and costs
  • Acts as single point of contact for all Decryptx partners post 1 year anniversary of deal sign date and through duration of partner relationship with Bluefin, including the following:
    • Order taking for existing solution and farming current partners for new revenue opportunities – full-cycle sales process (paperwork, sales orders, submittals) on-going
    • All aspects of support – monitoring customer activity, assessing patterns, running reports, taking phone calls/emails with issues, personally handles solving client issues/problems,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Process applications and make decisions based on consumer credit reports, business financial condition, know-your-customer (KYC) and other information.
  • Review merchant’s application, credit report and background report and ultimately approve or decline applications based on all obtained information.
  • Verify all application information through cross reference checks, review business financials to assess credit worthiness of applicant, review merchant websites for compliance, business types and product verification, perform additional searches, reference checks, and bank verifications as necessary.
  • Create and complete a periodic review of client accounts, which includes performing an in-depth analysis of the client’s actual activity, in comparison to the anticipated information in the KYC Profile.
  • Identify unusual/suspicious activity based on anti-money laundering (AML) red flag/typologies knowledge, provide a robust clear and concise analysis of material findings, validate negative media, and provide recommendations to management based on the findings.
  • Review high risk or questionable applications with management.
  • Produce reports and distribute daily dashboard matrix which is circulated to the organization twice a day.
  • Update documentation and credit policies and provide training to the sales organization when necessary.
  • Ensure all files have all required documentation uploaded to database and conduct quality assurance audits for approved applications.
  • Act as up a back up to the Risk department.
  • Assist with special projects, i.e. conversions and other operational priorities as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve department efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in credit card/payment processing industry
  • Experience utilizing systems within the payments industry to identify and mitigate risk related to merchant processing
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM (with ability to multi-task between programs)

Position Summary:  The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementation activities related to Bluefin’s payment services, credit card processing software and Decryptx clients. This customer-facing role provides project management direction, bringing together various teams (sales, technology, support and account boarding) and works to successfully launch new merchants and partner organizations.

The position also requires managing the day-to-day inquiries from P2PE partners and merchants regarding new account boarding, customer support, technical support, deployment and residual inquiries. Additionally, this position manages customer take-on projects to ensure new partners are integrated to Bluefin Payment Systems support, sales and gateway product models. Incumbent is responsible for successful resolution of escalated issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Participate in KOC/Partner Introduction
  • Coordinate and oversee/participate in the overall project plan
  • Manage issues to mitigate risks to the project plan for successful client go-live
  • Customer facing liaison for device application, configuration, rekeying events (between KIF and P2PE Manager)
  • Manage relationship between the customer and various areas of the Bluefin organization
  • Create Production API Credentials for the partner
  • Introduce and Train on P2PE Manager Partner and P2PE Manager Customer
  • PCI Consultant for customer/partner
  • Provide partner profile details to Operations, Deployment, Finance, Support and Sales
  • Ensure proper set-up and configuration (along with Solutions Engineer)

Position Summary:  The Boarding Specialist is a focused individual who be responsible for Operational functions related to new merchant account setups, boarding support and account maintenance requests.  The candidate must be able to work with urgency and accuracy and is able to meet communicated deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide data entry for new merchant accounts, boarding support and/or account maintenance requests within First Data’s Access One system
  • Partner directly with Processing vendors to create and update accounts
  • Manage boarding related cases – researching within our system to answer internal questions
  • Partner closely and communicate professionally (both verbally and in writing) with varying levels of management, clients, and staff
  • Receive and sort all types of incoming requests
  • Track work received and completed through the online CRM
  • Research and troubleshoot issues for our partners and merchants on both internal and external systems
  • On-boards PCI Program and the relationship with our vendors as it relates to account set up, merchant status and reporting to processors
  • Liaison with Merchant Operations Manager on process improvement and development
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping marketing and product information confidential.
