Position Summary:  The Integration Engineer is responsible for certification and implementation of software solutions in an innovative and dynamic technology environment. The Integration Engineer will work directly with our partners, merchants, ISVs, and internally with our solution architects and technology teams, to integrate partner platforms and services to Bluefin’s applications, API(s), and SDK(s).  This role is critical to the business in providing key input provided from interactions directly with our customers.

Candidates should have a development background in a wide variety of web-based products using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and AJAX. The ideal candidates will also have worked in a payment/transaction processing environment and have familiarity with the  PCI data security standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Proactively manage client integrations to the Bluefin Pl
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining certification accounts and web services for testing with partner applications.
  • Maintain and document merchant and partner interactions.
  • Verify software operation to ensure functional and technical requirements have been satisfied.
  • Understand all Bluefin API’s and be able to explain them to clients in detail.
  • Provide “augmentation resource” to core development when/where there is a fit.
  • Work with QA team to ensure that the software products delivered are of the highest quality.
  • Active participation and collaboration with the product management and deployment teams.
  • Provide feedback to the team on the status of projects and integration progress.
  • Define certification scripts for clients based upon industry segments and other requirements.
  • First point of contact immediately following the launch of new partners for support requests from client technical resources.
  • Interface directly with customers and Bluefin employees to troubleshoot problems, train, etc.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Attend product and user meetings as required.
  • Balance a variety of concurrent projects.
  • Other duties as required.

Education/Experience:  

  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining applications and/or web services that interact with complex messaging systems
  • Experience using LAMP stack, domain driven design, Object Oriented programming patterns.
  • Experience using PHP, Javascript, NodeJS
  • Experience using relational databases such as MySQL.
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile enabled development.
  • Knowledge of web application development
  • Understanding of XML Web Services, SOAP, Rest, http, SFTP, etc.
  • Understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and EXT JS.
  • Understanding of SECURE CODING techniques.

  • Identifying, reporting, troubleshooting, and resolving ecommerce, point-of-sale and P2PE security application issues.
  • Deploying hardware, gateway and security application solutions to customers using internet-based deployment vendor portal.
  • Must be proactive and take ownership in responses of customer tickets via phone, Salesforce cases, web-based chat and other methods follow through to resolution.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Working hours will be based on normal U.S business hours.

Education/Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience strongly preferred.

Position Summary:  The Product Manager is responsible for the full product lifecycle supporting Bluefin products, such as PayConex, our unique payment gateway. The ideal candidate will dive hands-on into developing new products for clients based on their needs and apply innovative research practices to enhance such products. Additionally, this person will be required to think on their feet, pivot strategy as needed, and collaborate with other Bluefin departments to support production. The Product Manager will play a crucial role for our company by driving improvements in sales and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the business case within a variety of different business scenarios
  • Take conceptual ideas, translate them into business/user stories and feed stories into design capabilities
  • Oversee every stage of the product lifecycle from inception to production, including marketing, BI, defining wireframes and KPIs
  • Head up the end-to-end development of new products ensuring our goals are aligned with users’ needs and product(s) are able to be monetized
  • Work closely with UX, Dev, BA, and Marketing to take your product to market
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to support the development of your product
  • Talk to users and support agents, analyze user data, and conduct usability tests to continually improve the product

Overview

Bluefin is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop, execute, and lead multi-channel digital marketing strategies that produce a measurable contribution to sales pipeline and revenue growth goals, visibility/awareness of Bluefin across digital channels, customer retention, and brand. With experience and working knowledge in paid media, SEO, email, and/or social media marketing, the Demand Generation Manager will test, optimize, and evolve tactics based on findings identified in website and campaign analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and demand generation strategy, a curiosity for identifying areas of opportunity that leads to innovation, and a knack for copywriting.

The Demand Generation Manager reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to understand Bluefin’s ideal customer profile, buyer journeys, unique value propositions, and pipeline targets to help drive healthy pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer retention through digital channels.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, email, social media, PPC, display, affiliate, video, and referral) to create demand and support Bluefin’s goals and strategic vision.
  • Define measurable KPIs to monitor the progress of digital marketing initiatives and create reports to assess performance against goals and objectives.
  • Drive growth of digital marketing channels by efficiently scaling conversion through the optimization and creation of digital content in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, test, and execute innovative opportunities within the digital space.
  • Manage the SEO program, inclusive of any tech vendor/agency relationships, and coordinate all SEO efforts with our internal and external teams to enhance our strategy and performance.
  • Oversee the high-level strategy and execute the day-to-day tactics of our paid media efforts; develop and closely monitor paid media budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise new landing pages and digital content that support the digital marketing strategy and optimize current landing pages and digital content to enhance our digital presence.
  • Utilize automation and data analysis to better target customers, improve their digital experience with the Bluefin brand, optimize spend, and improve performance.
  • Strategize and execute the email marketing program, inclusive of regular newsletters, drip campaigns, and nurture series, in partnership with the Director of Demand Generation.
  • Partner with internal team members to ensure streamlined and complete processes for data capture, automation, and reporting needs
  • Manage Bluefin’s presence across social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube) and review sites.
  • Analyze digital marketing trends and insights to forecast change, strategically adjust tactics, and brainstorm new digital strategies to reach goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties as needed to proactively create visual assets to support digital deliverables.
  • Assist in copy creation for digital channels if needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 4+ years of copywriting experience
  • 2+ years within FinTech/Payments/Data Privacy and Security preferred but not required
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, paid media, email and/or social media strategies
  • Solid understanding of typical marketing and sales funnel KPIs including views, clicks, conversion rates, closing rates, attrition rates, customer lifetime value, etc.
  • An understanding of how creative, copy, and marketing channels combine to drive desired results within the ideal customer profile and stage of the buyer journey.
  • Strong research and analysis to evaluate website and digital marketing campaign analytics to draw conclusions, identify trends, and highlight areas of opportunity
  • Highly creative and innovative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences to devise and execute digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create digital content for all stages of the buyers’ journey to support business goals
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to drive projects and campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GoogleAds, and SEMRush required; experience with WordPress, BrightEdge, Salesforce, and Pardot preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; proficiency in Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus but not required.

Position Summary:

Our organization is seeking a technically savvy, customer-focused individual who understands that technical skills must be combined with excellent interpersonal skills that enable them to build confidence with our customers by addressing inquiries with knowledge, skill and empathy for the customer.  We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work directly with clients in setting up and troubleshooting POS terminals and integrated POI solutions, e-commerce gateways, mobile payments and P2PE security solutions.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is responsible and takes ownership for:

  • Resolving POS gateway and software inquiries from merchants and partners.
  • Performing as the point of escalation for POS gateway and software service inquiries from Customer Service.
  • Partnering with Sales teams to provide product input for POS solutions.
  • Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for our customers on both proprietary and external POS systems.
