Bluefin Payment Systems is the leading provider of secure payment and data technology for retailers, enterprises and small to medium-sized businesses worldwide. The Training and Activation Specialist is responsible for training Bluefin acquiring and security product clients. The product/solutions include but are not limited to PayConex gateway, P2PE Manager and Bluefin certified POS devices. Additionally, the Training and Activation Specialist contacts clients to encourage, enable and support acquiring and P2PE live processing (activation) and maintains P2PE Manager activation oversight and back-up support to Client Success Team’s Partner Implementations.

Summary:

The Premier Account Manager will act as the single point of contact for primarily Bluefin’s large non-profit direct clients.  The incumbent will have primary responsibility for client retention, technical and complex problem resolution, and upselling and/or partnering with the Sales team to continue to grow the account(s).  The Premier Account Manager will proactively ensure client satisfaction via regular “client satisfaction check-ins” and expedient resolution to all service issues.  Through account analysis and reporting performed by the incumbent, the Premier Account Manager will identify trends, additional product/Sales opportunities, improved service levels and provide proactive client support.  This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities within the existing book of business and partnering with the Sales organization.
