The AMP 8000, AMP 8200 and AMP 6500 will leverage Bluefin’s PCI-validated P2PE Decryptx® platform
October 29, 2019 – Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada and Atlanta, GA – Advanced Mobile Payment Inc (AMP), the makers of innovative smart terminals and payments solutions has announced a strategic partnership with Bluefin, the leading provider of PCI-validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) solutions for retail, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, and higher education. AMP’s family of smart android terminals, the AMP 8000, AMP 8200 and AMP 6500, are now fully validated by Bluefin, taking advantage of Bluefin’s PCI-validated P2PE platform to provide secure and flexible payment solutions.
The solution caters to North American and Latin American customers, combining all the user-centric and enhanced features of AMP’s smart terminals with the added security of a P2PE framework. This validation is a key step in AMP’s commitment to better serve cutting-edge payment options to security-focused sectors such as banking, government, and specialty retail & restaurants.
Bluefin provides the leading payment security platform that supports payment gateways, processors and ISVs globally. Bluefin was the first company in North America to receive PCI validation for a P2PE solution in March 2014.
